1. Software Grant & License

By downloading, installing, or purchasing Cipher64, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive license to use the application on your supported personal computing devices.

The Free Tier grants perpetual access to basic chess analysis and Stockfish 18. The Lifetime License grants perpetual access to unlimited depth, multi-engine supervision, on-device AI coaching, and all future updates.

2. Acceptable Use

Cipher64 is designed for private chess study, game analysis, and preparation. You agree not to use Cipher64 to assist in live unauthorized competitive games on third-party servers where prohibited by their respective terms of service (fair play policies).

3. Open Source & Engine Credits

Cipher64 integrates with open-source engines including Stockfish, LCZero, and Berserk under their respective open-source licenses (GPLv3 / MIT / Apache 2.0). Source code for open components remains accessible in compliance with their licenses.

4. 30-Day Refund Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase of Cipher64 Lifetime License within 30 days of purchase, you may request a 100% full refund by emailing our support team with your order confirmation.
